An overall very good and very low stress experience. And after an all-out nightmare with a big full service professional moving company a decade or so earlier, this was a welcome change.
Drop off and pick up were easy and occurred when promised. Easy to set up the rental with automatic payments as well. We needed the unit longer than anticipated which was a drag, but the flexibility of POD's to keep the unit with us was great.
Delivery was on schedule, pick up was as requested. I used the POD for several months to store cabinets and major appliances while my kitchen was remodeled. I don't know what I would have done without it. Efficient, affordable, and convenient.
Completely awful company, delayed their service to pick up and lied about where abouts. Especially called to have them drop off the pod and they lied saying they did while it's not. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company

I read negative reviews after I had started my contract with them, so I braced myself. No need. The crate showed up on schedule all but one time. When the arrival was going to be late, they kept me abreast of the revised schedule and the crate arrived at a totally acceptable time. (It was going to a small town that had less depots than bigger cities, so the schedule change was understandable) The price never changed and my contents showed up 100% safe and sound. For me, this was because I hired professional movers to pack my crate, which I recommend if you don't feel confident you can pack your stuff securely.
Horrible customer service. Requests for driver to call and let you know they are in route are ignored. Huge window of arrival, but pray nothing comes up because they will not notify you when they change the pick up time; according to them it is not in their policy to notify you in the event of a change, even though it would be common courtesy. While the drop off and loading was nice and the unit was more than adequate for my needs, they need to step up on their customer service skills and not give attitude to their customers.
