I ordered spare keys and 2 keyless remotes for a 02 Chevrolet Avalanche via Amazon.... I couldn't get Lowes or Home Depot to cut keys but at least I have extra if needed later. The key side cuts match original key. Keyless Remotes work perfectly, online directions were short and straight to point. Thx much

I bought a pair of remote keys for 2014 ford and they could not be programmed. I blame the Chinese factory. Remotesremotes should blame them. I got service by calling remotesremotes, an RMA number, and my purchase will be refunded.
I ordered a key online. Wrong key sent. Have made 4 phone calls and 3 emails to get correct key or refund and no one returns my calls, no one returns my emails, I can't get a live body for any option I choose when I call. Don't order from here. If your order gets messed up you will be up SH*% Creek.
